If you've been getting information you don't normally get -- knowing, feeling, or seeing things you aren't used to, RELAX. You are not crazy -- as long as you understand that the information you are getting isn't in physical reality. You are just having a psychic opening. This happens to lots of people (more often women), at all ages. It is often brought on by some sort of stress, such as illness, family difficulties, or an accident.

I think of these crazy moments as a gift! You now have access to all sorts of information that you can use to help yourself and others. You just need to learn how to manage that information.
