One of my clients asked me to send an e-mail detailing what I do in the
minute before each reading, so that she could try something similar. I
thought maybe others would want to try it as well, so here it is:
First, I focus my awareness in my heart, opening the chakra front and back.
Then I send a 'grounding cord' down from it, through my first chakra
(closing my 3rd and 2nd chakras a bit) and into the center of the earth.
Next I send a 'cosmic cord' from my heart up through my 5th, 6th, and 7th
chakras into the center of the universe. Then I focus on my 3rd eye, sending
energy forward from it to open it.
Then I silently repeat the following prayer:
"I invoke the light of the divine within;
I am a clear and perfect channel;
light is my guide.
"I invoke the light of the divine within;
I am a clear and perfect channel;
light is my guide.
"I invoke the light of the divine within;
I am a clear and perfect channel;
light is my guide.
"Bless this reading for the highest good of all concerned."
I know it's taken effect when I feel/see a pale golden light around me. Next
I ask for my guides to help:
Master Jesus announces his presence by opening my right palm chakra.
Mary announces her presence by opening my left palm chakra, and/or by
wrapping her blue cloak around me. St. Germain shows up above me and to my left,
the face of a man with flowing brown hair and luminous eyes, and shows me an
image in my third eye (different every time, but I am still trying to figure out
why). Someone else (possibly Michael, Ariel or Uriel -- I'm still trying to
findout!) makes a kind of elongated onion dome of energy above my head and
shoulders.
Finally, I am ready to read.
A couple of notes:
This may seem like a lot to do. It used to take me about 15 minutes to do
it, but like anything else, the more you do it, the better you get, and
faster, too.
Jesus is the being who embodied the Christ energy, a very advanced Being in
himself, but not Christ. I didn't choose these guides, rather they chose me,
and it took me until almost a year ago to figure out who they are. I did
always feel/see the energy, I just couldn't attach a name to it.
