I've learned many things as an adult, the most important of which I really
wish I'd learned as a child. Unfortunately, most of them, maybe all of them,
were not even known to the adults with whom I had contact. Here are those
most important things:
1) We are all one. (Yes, everyone says it, but they don't really believe it.)
2) We create our realities through our beliefs.
3) Each of us has our own individual reality going on.
4) All power is in the present.
5) Where attention goes, energy flows.
6) What you resist, persists.
7) Our unconscious minds are contained in our energy fields.
8) We all have clairsenses and use them to a greater or lesser degree.
9) The word "no" has power; the word "not" is powerless.
10) Love is the most powerful force in the universe.
11) Anger saps energy (and lowers our immune systems, too).
They all work together to form a network, a paradigm, with implications for
how we live day to day. In the next 10 or so e-mails, I'll explore what I
mean by each one, how I learned it, what some of its implications are, and
possibly how it interacts with the other statements.
These are just what seems important to me. If you have comments on how each
of these shows up in your life, or candidates for other critical beliefs
about reality let me know. I look forward to the exploration.
In love and light,
Hollis
